A Chinese cartel is being ordered to pay an Akron family 18-million dollars after their son overdosed on fentanyl.

ack in 2015, 37-year-old Thomas Rauh died from a fentanyl overdose.

That fentanyl was traced to the Zheng drug trafficking cartel in China.

A Summit County judge awarded the family the 18-million-dollar judgment, but it is unlikely that the cartel will pay.
