Residents of an Akron trailer park say someone is trying to poison neighborhood cats.
It is believed that more than 40 cats live in the Sandy Beach Trailer Park and for the most part, the residents say they love the cats.
However, someone has placed over 50 bowls of what is described to be an antifreeze-like substance throughout the neighborhood.
Authorities say that in Ohio, animal cruelty is a felony and that if the person responsible for setting out the poison is caught, they will be prosecuted.
