WHO: Wine, beer and animal lovers of all ages will converge upon Hudson, Ohio to raise money for animal welfare in Summit County.

WHAT: The fifth annual Hudson Wine Festival, a benefit for PAWSibilities Humane Society of Greater Akron

WHEN: *Friday, July 20 from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m.

*Saturday, July 21 from 1:00 – 9:00 p.m.

WHERE: 101 Village Way – adjacent to the Hudson Library & Historical Society in the First & Main Shopping District

WHY: Connecting For A Cause has partnered with PAWSibilities, Humane Society of Greater Akron (HSGA) to hold the fifth annual Hudson Wine Festival July 20 & 21, 2012.

The event will showcase fine wines from local, national and international producers and select craft beers. Guests will enjoy musical entertainment and delectable food as well as wine education seminars, artists and exhibitors along with raffles throughout the weekend. Adoptable pets from PAWSibilities will also be on site and leashed pets are welcome!

Hudson Wine Festival tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the door and include 10 tastings and a souvenir wine glass. Additional tastings are $1 each at the event and full pour beverages range from $4-$6 on site and may be purchased with taste tickets. Weekend passes are available for $30 in advance and $35 at the door. Wines sampled on site will be available for purchase through all Discount Drug Mart locations in Northeast Ohio.

PARKING / ROAD CLOSURES:
