IF YOU LISTENED TO MY PROGRAM today, you know we talked exclusively about the Connecticut shootings.  I had a minor meltdown when a caller accused the president of crying 'crocodile tears' when he addressed the nation concerning the innocents (children & adults) who died on Friday.  Anyone who hates with that kind of gusto is probably as big a problem as Adam Lanza.  If you are so full of bile that you find it impossible to believe someone could react with TRUE emotions to such horror, please don't come anywhere near me or my family.  If you are that warped, I pray that you own NO GUNS because I will someday be discussing YOU on the program, and I'm sure it won't be pretty.  Can't we just put aside the hatred for at least a couple of days? Amen!

I DON'T PRETEND TO HAVE THE ANSWERS to some of the vexing problems we face in the United States, but if people of good faith (all over the political spectrum) can't sit down and have a meaningful discussion to try and find solutions to what troubles us, we really should just give up, hide behind closed doors, arm ourselves to the teeth and wait to die.  I don't know about you, but I've got a few years left and would prefer to live out those years a little differently.
