AS I TYPE THIS IT'S 2:30pm AND I BELIEVE I SAW 2 elephants, 2 tigers, 2 raccoons and many other animals being led by a bearded gentleman onto a boat. Noah maybe? The rain is coming down in buckets (not really) but can you imagine if this was snow. It would be the whitest Christmas of all time. Actually, the rain will turn to snow sometime tonight and may produce an inch or two by Friday night. Most of the snow will be lake effect, so stay away from the snow belts if your planning last minute shopping the next 2 days.
MOST OF US WILL PROBABLY BE DOING JUST THAT this weekeed...last minute shopping! Why don't you take a few hours away from the madness and stop by E J Thomas Hall this Saturday afternoon for the annual Tuba Christmas. Admission for both shows is FREE although it's $5 if you want to blow your horn on stage. The first show is at noon followed by the second show at 2:30pm. If you have never attended this event, treat your family and friends...it's a blast. Maybe I'll see you there.
STAY DRY AND WARM AND JOIN me for the Jim Albright Show Friday morning at 9am on 640 WHLO. Jim
