PRETTY INTERESTING VIDEO, HUH?  This is going to be a real mess.  We'll follow it for you on 640 WHLO.

SUNDAY NIGHT AT 9 O'CLOCK 640 WHLO will broadcast the Go Daddy.com Bowl featuring Kent State and Arkansas State.  The pregame show starts at 8.  I've followed the Flashes closely this season and you know what, not only will they win their first bowl game in 40 years, it very well could be a blow out.  This team is well coached and will represent the Mid American Conference in fine fashion.  GO FLASHES!!!!!

DID YOU HEAR THAT 2012 WAS THE warmest year in history at the Akron Weather Bureau?  Records have been kept since the late 1800s.  The original weather service was in Akron before moving to Green when the Akron-Canton Airport opened around 1950.  The old record was set in 1931.  According to my fingers that was 81 years ago.  Last year was also the eighth lowest on record for total snowfall.  That was LAST year.  This year?  Well you know we're going to pay for the unusually mild weather!  I don't know when, but you just know it's coming.

WITH THE NEW YEARS HOLIDAY COMING earlier this week, it's hard to believe it's Friday already.  I say lets go with a 3 day work week forever more.  You work on your employer and I'll do what I can here at 640 WHLO!
