RANDOM NOTES FOR A SUNNY TUESDAY....

TODAY'S SHOW WAS FUN BUT SOMEWHAT frustrating.  The birther argument raised it's head again and I think I'm at my wits end.  The argument is OLD and I am convinced everyone who has an opinion on the argument is NOT going to change their mind.  Those who DON'T have an opinion...don't care!  So from this point foreward, unless you have NEW information to put on the table, let's talk about something else.  Sounds like a plan.

APPARENTLY GOD IS NOT A NOTRE DAME fan.  If you saw last nights college football championship game, you saw Alabama throttle the Irish.  The game was over by halftime and it was even uglier in the second half.  Some say Alabama coach Lou Saban should move into the NFL (possibly as the new Cleveland Browns coach).  IT'S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!!!  Lou Saban is now mentioned in the same breath as the legendary Bear Bryant.  Winning 3 out of the last 4 championship games puts Saban in rare territory for any coach.  So Browns fans, think about someone else to coach your favorite team, because Saban isn't going anywhere!

YOU'VE PROBABLY HEARD THAT AL GORE has sold his cable television channel, Current TV, to Al Jazeera.  As a result, current Current TV (get it?) hosts are abandoning ship.  Eliot Spitzer has announced he's leaving as well as former Michigan governor Jennifer Granholm.  Both have had one hour liberal political talk shows.  No announcement yet on when Al Jazeera will change the programming.

MUCH SUNSHINE TODAY THROUGH THURSDAY WITH HIGH'S in the 40's.  However, rain will arrive on Friday & Saturday but so will temperatures in the 50's.  It's a tradeoff, but I'll take it.
