WE HAD A HOST OF TOPICS on todays show, but a few slipped through the cracks.  So I'll share a few with you here...

Immigration reform is on the way.  No less than John McCain confirmed yesterday that change is on the way.  McCain said that after the November election, the Republicans have a new appreciation for enacting a comprehensive immigration law, and "The Dream Act" will probably be a part of that.

ANOTHER RESULT OF WATCHING the Sunday talking head shows, I learned that Rep Paul Ryan (Wisconsin) the former veep candidate said on 'Meet The Press"  "If we had a Hillary Clinton administration...I think we would have fixed this fiscal mess by now."  I sometimes wonder if some of these politicians really think before they speak and also wonder if they are aware of video tape & digital technology.  In 4 years when both are running for president (on different sides of course), do you think Hillary might run an ad trumpeting the fact that even Ryan believes she is the best fiscal candidate for the White House?  By the way, Hillary WILL run for president in 2016.  Remember you heard it here first!

WE TALKED THIS MORNING ABOUT possible changes concerning the uniforms worn by your Cleveland Browns.  The new owner (Jimmy Haslam) informed the NFL that he is considering changes.  While we have no idea what he might consider, change IS on the way.  I loved an e-mail from listener Rich.  He said that the Browns should change everything about the team...from colors to the mascot...because the Browns are cursed, and they'll never win until they do.  He might have a point there!

ONE LAST NOTE...IF YOU LIVE in Sagamore Hills, keep an eye out for burglars.  Apparently a rash of break-ins have occurred there in recent weeks.  Jewelry and cash have been taken by thugs who break in from late afternoon to early evening.  Police say every robbery started with the perp simply kicking in the front door.  Pretty brazen, don't ya think?
